Beyond helping couples create a wedding that is beautiful, polished and joyful, HyggeLab Concept designs with each couple’s own aesthetic and personality in mind. We study the venue, the timing and the guests with great care. Our process is shaped so that you can picture the decor, plan the moments of the day and set a sensible budget from the very first conversation.
Our process has four steps:
Envisioning the space
We meet with you in person to hear your wishes, tastes and budget. From there, we shape the guiding concept for your decor, one that brings a calm, cozy and comfortable atmosphere to your celebration.
Designing the space
After carefully studying your venue, we hand-sketch the decor ideas and refine them with you and your families. Our florists and craftspeople also lend their advice along the way.
Building the space
We do not rely on ready-made templates. Our design and production team makes and handcrafts every decor piece in-house, so each detail fits seamlessly with the vision we agreed on together.
Completing the space
Once the overall setting is in place, we finish the finer details on the dining tables, name boards, welcome photos at the entrance and more. This is the final step, but it is the one that defines the polish and beauty of the whole celebration.

Wedding Planning Services

With a warm, experienced team, a wide network of trusted partners and a carefully structured way of working, we help you enjoy a meaningful, joyful wedding without spending too much time and effort on preparation.
Every HyggeLab package carries the same quality of work and the same attention to detail. What differs is how long we work together and how many moments of your celebration we take care of for you.
Day-of Coordination

Ideal for couples who have planned everything themselves and simply want to enjoy a relaxed wedding day. We join you three weeks before the wedding to take over your plans in full, then carry them out and coordinate the day from start to finish.

Wedding Assistant

Flexible hourly support that pairs well with Day-of Coordination. We help you find vendors and take care of the small, miscellaneous tasks along the way, with no minimum hours required.

Wedding Consulting

Ideal for couples who want a trusted guide through the planning journey. We meet regularly to advise you, work hands-on with you for the three months leading up to the wedding, and coordinate the celebration itself with a dedicated team of planners.

Full Service: Intimate Wedding

A complete planning experience for an intimate celebration, with one vow ceremony and dinner on the same day. We meet regularly to advise you, begin hands-on work nine months before the wedding, and coordinate the day with our planning team.

Full Service: Destination Wedding

Our most comprehensive experience, designed for celebrations that unfold over several days. We guide you from twelve months before the wedding and take care of the welcome dinner, the wedding day, the after-party and the farewell brunch. We also look after your guests’ accommodations, a wedding hotline and hotel logistics, supported by a larger planning team.
