HyggeLab places great importance on the artistry of each wedding and the personality of each couple, so our fees are based on your individual needs and wishes. To protect the aesthetic quality of every project, we recommend a minimum decoration budget of 40 million VND for a tea ceremony (Gia Tiên) setup, 100 million VND for a small-scale wedding and 200 million VND for a ballroom dinner reception.

For our wedding planner service, we recommend a total wedding budget of about three times the food and beverage cost.

Yes. HyggeLab Concept has advised many clients from Canada, the United States, Australia, France and Germany, as well as international couples living in Vietnam. Our way of working is designed for couples who plan from afar or have limited time to prepare. Please get in touch for a more detailed conversation.

Our process relies on your input from the start, so you can picture the space and the moments of your celebration early and keep your budget well managed. We need at least 10 days to develop ideas, 10 days for detailed drawings and 14 days for handcrafted production. In total, design and decoration are expected to take 30 to 45 days.

Much like decorating your own home, a beautiful event begins with inspiration drawn from your own tastes. Next, choose a venue that suits you, then list the elements you would like to decorate. HyggeLab Concept will then advise you on a decor style that fits your venue and expected budget, and on how to tell your story through the design of your event.

For aesthetic reasons, HyggeLab respectfully declines to add decoration on top of pieces provided by a hotel or another vendor. However, we are happy to supply loose flowers to complement the pieces designed by HyggeLab.

You may consider our wedding decoration service based on the catalogue designed by HyggeLab Concept. As a creative studio, we respect the copyright of our own work and of others, so HyggeLab cannot replicate or decorate from an existing design unless it was created by the client or the rights holder has given permission.
